The Food Structure Engineering Group, led by Prof. Dr. Patrick Rühs, is part of the Institute of Food, Nutrition and Health (IFNH) within the Department of Health Sciences and Technology (D-HEST) at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich.
